This is our stainless steel jewelry shipping policy for all retail and wholesale orders：

We ship worldwide from our factory in China. Unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties, all orders for stainless steel necklace, stainless steel bracelet, stainless steel jewelry set and other stainless steel jewelry will be processed and shipped within the following timeframes once payment is confirmed.

  1. Shipping Lead Times
  • Orders of 50 items or fewer (including stainless steel necklace, stainless steel bracelet and small sets): Shipped within 3 business days
  • Orders of 100–500 pieces (stainless steel wholesale bulk quantity): Production and shipping lead time is 7–20 business days; this will be confirmed individually with the customer based on order quantity, style complexity and wholesale price
  • Orders of 500 pieces or more (large stainless steel wholesale orders): Shipping lead time will be discussed and confirmed individually
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues
  1. Shipping Costs and Shipping Methods
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and shipping method for all stainless steel necklace, stainless steel bracelet, stainless steel jewelry set and wholesale items
  • Bulk stainless steel wholesale orders are eligible for combined shipping discounts and favorable wholesale price terms
  • The default shipping method for standard small orders is China Post Ordinary Small Packet+ (Postal Small Packet)
  • For expedited shipping (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other international carriers), or for large-item / stainless steel wholesale orders, customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout. All additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  1. Tariffs and Customs Clearance
  • The buyer is responsible for all import taxes, tariffs, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country for both retail and stainless steel wholesale orders
  • We are not liable for any delivery delays caused by the customs clearance process

  • Once your order of stainless steel necklace, stainless steel bracelet, stainless steel jewelry set or wholesale jewelry has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided
  • It may take 1–3 business days for the tracking information to be updated; please be patient
