  • Stainless steel wholesale and bulk wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
