I. Bulk Wholesale Process for In-Stock Items

  1. Select styles and confirm quantities, specifications, and packaging requirements

  2. Verify the total order price, shipping lead time, and shipping method
    ​
  3. Pay a 40%–50% deposit to officially confirm the order
    ​
  4. Arrange for stock preparation, production, and comprehensive quality inspection
    ​
  5. Settle the remaining balance; pack and ship the goods
    ​
  6. Arrange freight forwarding with door-to-door logistics, provide tracking numbers for end-to-end tracking and delivery confirmation

II. Customization Service Process (Including Mold Making and Prototyping)

  1. Provide design drawings, samples, or customization requirements
    ​
  2. Confirm materials, manufacturing processes, logos, dimensions, and delivery timeline
    ​
  3. Calculate the quote and pay a 40%–50% customization deposit
    ​
  4. Arrange mold making and prototyping; client confirms sample quality
    ​
  5. Upon sample approval, initiate mass production and comprehensive quality inspection
    ​
  6. Settle the balance, pack and ship the goods, and provide a tracking number for end-to-end shipment tracking
