Logistics & Shipping Policy

Our logistics and shipping policies are as follows:
1. Processing Time
– Orders under $248: Shipped within 3 business days
– Bulk orders (500 units or more): Delivery times must be confirmed separately

2. Shipping Costs
– Orders of $248 or more: Free shipping (Europe and the Americas)
– Orders under $248: Buyers pay shipping costs at checkout
– Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee

3. Delivery
– All orders are shipped via freight forwarder with door-to-door clearance and are expected to arrive within 10–20 business days
