Payment Policy

1. Small Orders (under $2,000)
– Full payment is required
– < $500: PayPal / Credit Card accepted
– ≥ $500: PayPal / Credit Card not accepted

2. Large/Custom Orders ($2,000 and above)
– A non-refundable deposit of 40%–50% is required before production can begin
– The balance must be paid in full before shipment
– PayPal and credit cards are not accepted; bank transfers only

3. Payment Terms
– All transfer, intermediary, and currency conversion fees are the buyer’s responsibility
– Orders are confirmed upon actual receipt of payment in our account
– Production and shipping will be suspended until full payment is confirmed

4. Payment Deadline
– Payment must be completed within 48 hours of order confirmation
– If payment is not received by the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled
