1. As customisation requires the factory to create new moulds and undertake production, a minimum order of 100 pieces per design and a total order of 300 pieces or more is required.
2. To customise stainless steel jewellery, a sample or specific dimensions must be provided, as the items will be made to order based on these.
3. We can customise stainless steel jewellery using specific materials or techniques.
4. We are unable to provide a bespoke service without a fixed sample or specific dimensions.
