The Process of Shipping Stainless Steel Four-Leaf Clover Bracelets to California, USA

A week ago, we received an enquiry from a lady in California, USA, who was looking for stainless steel four-leaf clover bracelets. During our conversation, we learnt that she runs a chain of five physical retail shops in California and is usually very busy.

We immediately sent her some images of our four-leaf clover acrylic shell bracelets, and she confirmed the order on the spot: 160 four-leaf clover bracelets in six colours, and 45 stainless steel five-petal flower bracelets in three colours.

However, a complication arose just as payment was due. Due to restrictions on our payment account, the customer was unable to make the payment promptly. It took several days of back-and-forth, but the payment was eventually processed securely. During this time, the customer’s payment attempts failed on three occasions, yet she remained patient and persisted. We are extremely grateful to this customer.

Upon receiving the payment, we immediately issued a pro forma invoice and verified the order. We arranged for the goods to be packed that very afternoon and sent them to the freight forwarder; the following evening, the shipment was loaded onto a plane bound for the US. The goods are currently being delivered in the US, and we look forward to the customer’s satisfaction upon receipt, as well as the opportunity for future collaboration.
